Getting There

Directions from Brisbane Airport to Royal Woods Resort
• Driving out of the airport, turn left at the roundabout sign - GOLD COAST.
• Follow the signs marked GOLD COAST going through the M1 motorway.
• After approx. 1 hour driving time, you will pass Dream World and Movie World. Some minutes later, turn off at EXIT 69 – NERANG SOUTHPORT ROAD, direction to SOUTHPORT.
• Follow the road and, after about 2.2 Km, turn right into ASHMORE ROAD.
• After about 2 Km, when you get to a large runabout in the crossing of ASHMORE ROAD with CURRUMBURA ROAD, follow straight through staying on ASHMORE ROAD.
• Turn the second left after that runabout into BOREE STREET. On the top to your right you will find Royal Woods Resort

Directions from Coolangatta (Gold Coast) Airport to Royal Woods Resort
• Driving out of the airport, turn left into GOLD COAST HIGHWAY (NORTH) in direction to SURFERS PARADISE.
• Follow Gold Coast Highway until you find a Y division (left to Pacific Highway – Brisbane; straight-right to Gold Coast Highway – Surfers Paradise) take left into PACIFIC HIGHWAY – BRISBANE.
• Follow the highway and leave on EXIT 69 – NERANG SOUTHPORT ROAD, direction to SOUTHPORT.

Maximum number of people in a one bedroom villa is two (2). Rate for two bedroom villa is for four (4) people, and for the three bedroom villa is six (6).

The school leaver celebration period (dates 17th Nov 07 - 9th Dec 07) and the following conditions to apply to all bookings (*see following Conditions Options):-

Children under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages. A credit card imprint will be required at check in for all bookings.

A bond of $2,000 will be required on check in for bookings for minors. Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years. All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

1 Bedroom Suite
The spacious and comfortable one bedroom suite is fully self-contained and features a spa bath in most rooms, one bathroom, comfortable living room and dining area, and a kitchenette. Royal Woods one bedroom suites are best fitted for a couple or lone traveller.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed - Maximum capacity is 3 people.

2 Bedroom Suite
The spacious and comfortable two bedroom suite is fully self-contained and features a spa bath in most rooms, one bathroom for each room, comfortable living room and dining area, and a complete kitchen. Royal Woods two bedroom suites are best fitted for small families or groups of friends.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds - Maximum capacity is 5 people.

3 Bedroom Villas
The three bedroom villas are the best choice for larger families or groups of friends. They feature two queen rooms, one or both with ensuite spa bath, a third bedroom with two single beds and third bathroom, two living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and extra kitchenette. These suites comfortably accommodate 6 people but have room for a 7th person on a sofa bed if requested (additional charges apply).

Three bedroom villas also contain their own double remote garage, private garden, and laundry facilities for complimentary use.

Bedding configuration is 2 Queen beds and 2 Single beds - Maximum capacity is 7 people.
